Mike has been building across South Auckland since 2005, trading as Complex Builders since 2015. From our base in Halsey Road, we've delivered new builds, subdivisions and renovations across Manukau, Papakura, Pukekohe, Flat Bush and Takanini. South Auckland is where we started — and where we've built our reputation.
We Know South Auckland
South Auckland is one of New Zealand's fastest growing regions — and one of the most active for subdivision and new build activity. The area offers strong value for homeowners and investors looking to subdivide existing properties or build on new sections in growth corridors like Flat Bush, Takanini and Drury.
We understand the South Auckland market intimately — Auckland Council's Unitary Plan zoning across Manukau and Papakura, Watercare service availability in growth areas, and the civil works requirements that come with the region's varied terrain.
